ENVEA announces acquisition of APAQ Group

ENVEA has announced it has acquired Asia Pacific Air Quality Group (APAQ Group), with financial terms undisclosed.

APAQ Group is a specialist air quality company, serving a clientele across the whole of Asia, they provide planning, consultancy and integration services for ambient air and emission analyser systems. APAQ’s expertise covers every aspect of air quality monitoring instrumentation, such as gaseous pollutants, particulates, odour, volatile organic compounds, along with climate and meteorology. APAQ are based in Singapore with branches located in Indonesia, thereby providing a strong physical presence throughout the region. This is ENVEA’s fourth acquisition since Carlyle acquired a majority stake in the company four years ago.

The acquisition is a significant step forward to developing ENVEA’s presence in Asia; it also complements its existing product portfolio, technology and customer base.
