Will Parrett Joins DD-Scientific as Sales & Marketing Director, Rob White to become Director of Excellence

DD-Scientific has announced the appointment of Will Parrett as its new Sales & Marketing Director. Will brings over twenty years’ experience in technical sales and marketing, which most recently saw him responsible for managing growth, modernisation and rebranding as Sales & Marketing Director EMEA at Alphasense. The addition of Will strengthens DD’s Senior Leadership Team as the business moves forward with an ambitious five-year plan.

Prior to joining DD Scientific, Will held senior positions at sensor manufacturer Alphasense and instrument manufacturer Honeywell Analytics, giving him an understanding of both OEM and end user applications within the gas detection and monitoring spaces. Will’s earlier career experience spans the industrial and petrochemical sectors and in recent years he become increasingly influential in the Air Quality industry, a growing segment within the gas detection sphere.

In parallel with Wills appointment, former Sales Director Rob White is transitioning to the role of Director of Excellence, a position which will see him focus on the continued delivery of world-class quality, and manufacturing innovation across the business.

Rob, instrumental to DD’s growth as Sales Director for the last 8 years, will combine his understanding of DD’s business operations and global customer base to ensure the company remains best in class whilst its product offering and production volumes continue to grow. In this pivotal role, Rob will also spearhead DD’s new ConnecteDD offering which provides customers with full traceability of transactions and performance data down to an individual sensor level.

Will and Rob’s new positions are effective immediately, with both being based in DD Scientific’s Hampshire, UK Headquarters.
