Chem Service, Inc., acquired by AnalytiChem to expand CRM and pesticide standards range

AnalytiChem Holding GmbH have acquired Chem Service, Inc, a globally renown ISO 17034:2016, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited company, registered and certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for the development, manufacture, distribution and servicing of organic neat and synthetic reference materials. The acquisition will add over 14,000 products to Analytichem’s portfolio. Chem Service, who are celebrating 60 years in business in 2022, are located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA.

According to Raoul Biskupek, AnalytiChem’s Group CEO, “With Chem Service, AnalytiChem greatly expands its range of neat CRMs and pesticide standards. We see a significant opportunity to expand the sales of Chem Service products utilising our existing customer base.” 

Chem Service’s Chris Boyd added, “We are celebrating our 60th anniversary. The Chem Service family is excited to continue the celebration by joining the AnalytiChem family. Combining our expertise with AnalytiChem’s expertise will enable us to expand our products and market reach for the benefit of the scientific community and our team.”

Chem Service will join the AnalytiChem team at the analytica trade fair in Munich this week on the Bernd Kraft booth in Hall B1, Stand 318
