ResponseONE-Pro: R.M. Young’s new field-serviceable all-in-one weather station without the data downtime

11 Feb, 2026

The new ResponseONE-Pro (model 93000) represents the next evolution of R.M. Young’s all-in-one weather measurement technology. Designed as the upgrade for the model 92000 ResponseONE, which has been discontinued, the ResponseONE-Pro delivers the same trusted measurements—wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, relative humidity, and barometric pressure—while introducing a field-serviceable design that fundamentally changes how all-in-one weather stations are maintained.

Traditional all-in-one weather stations often require removal and return to the manufacturer for calibration or sensor replacement, resulting in extended downtime, shipping costs, and gaps in critical data. The ResponseONE-Pro was engineered specifically to address these challenges. After more than three years of successful field testing, its design reflects real-world operational needs across industries where continuous, reliable data is essential.

The defining feature of the ResponseONE-Pro is its field-replaceable internal sensor module and protective filter, accessed through a dedicated service port. This design allows users to remove and replace the sensor stick as easily as changing a lightbulb, enabling on-site calibration without removing the instrument from its mounting location. Maintenance that once required days or weeks of downtime can now be completed in minutes—eliminating costly shipping delays and keeping critical data flowing. To help with this, the ResponseONE-Pro comes with both a filter removal tool and a sensor stick removal tool. Replaceable tools and sensors are also available for purchase.

This approach significantly reduces data downtime and minimises the logistical burden associated with instrument servicing—particularly for remote locations, critical infrastructure, and applications where uninterrupted environmental monitoring is required. By enabling in-field service, the ResponseONE-Pro also helps organisations better control lifecycle costs and simplify long-term maintenance planning.

Despite its serviceable architecture, the ResponseONE-Pro maintains the rugged construction, compact footprint, and measurement integrity expected of R.M. Young instruments. It integrates easily into new installations and existing networks, making it a practical upgrade path for organisations transitioning from the discontinued ResponseONE model.

The ResponseONE-Pro represents an evolution in all-in-one weather instrumentation—delivering the trusted measurements users rely on, with the added benefit of fast, efficient field serviceability. For operations where uptime, accuracy, and maintainability matter, it offers a modern solution designed to keep data flowing without interruption.
