Wastewater analysis
The revised Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (UWWTD, EU 2024/3019) represents a significant milestone in wastewater management across Europe. For the first time, total organic carbon (TOC) is officially recognised as an equivalent parameter to chemical oxygen demand (COD) – a regulatory shift that paves the way for safer, more sustainable, and more cost-efficient analytical workflows.
To prepare for this transition, Analytik Jena is hosting two exclusive online events. Each session will provide practical insights, regulatory clarity, and guidance on how to successfully navigate the upcoming changes.
