The compact and lightweight gas detector from
GFG Europe, Microtector II monitors 1 to 6 gases in the ambient air. Installed sensor options include infrared (NDIR) for CO2 an PID for VOC measurements.
Its functional, watertight design (IP67) and the rubberized shock resistant housing makes the Microtector II an ideal device for daily use in rough environments. The large graphic display with its softkeys allows an intuitive and simple one-key operation. Reliable measuring technology, long life sensors and simple operation provide a maximum in safety at extremely low costs of ownership.
Depending on the alarm frequency the operational time can be up to 24 hours with rechargeable battery pack or alkaline batteries.
Very loud alarm (103 dBA) and animated allround-LED provide reliable warnings. The different alarm thresholds are shown by changing display illumination colours from green to orange to red – like a street light. The display is 180° reverseable by a simple keystroke. This provides that the display can easily be read without contortion when the device is being carried at a belt whilst the hands are free for routine work.
