MSA’s new compact CHILLGARD M-100 Refrigerant Sensor can be mounted almost anywhere to detect potential leaks of halogenated refrigerants
from 0-1,000 ppm to meet requirements of European Standards in refrigeration and heating installations.
Resulting from many years of photoacoustic infrared refrigerant sensing
research and application in industrial environments, this sensor provides easy installation; no moving parts, low-maintenance and high
sensitivity detection level down to 20 ppm.
It also complies with detection requirements of ASHRAE 15-2004 and reliably operates over wide temperature and humidity ranges, including, operation down to -30°C with an optional de-icer.
