Digital Manometers
Mar 18 2011
KELLER (Switzerland) presents its high-accuracy LEO 2 digital manometer to handle demanding monitoring tasks in the plant and machinery manufacturing sector.
In the compensated temperature range from 0...50 °C, this microprocessor-controlled instrument records two measured values per second with typical overall accuracy of 0,1 %FS. The dual digital display updates twice every second, showing the measured value and the minimum or maximum value attained.
Two ergonomically positioned keys give the operator reliable access to the microprocessor-based functionality of the LEO type manometer. As well as a choice of five different units of measurement, the user-friendly two-key operating system provides access to the entire range of functions: the stored MAX/MIN can be erased and reset to zero, or the device can be switched to continuous mode. In continuous operating mode, the battery has capacity for up to 1400 hours. The LEO2 has a standard automatic switch-off time of about 15 minutes after the last key was pressed, this function extends the battery life where continuous operation is not required.
As a special feature, LEO 2 also offers an unusual operating mode that is highly relevant under practical conditions: It has a Zero Tare feature which allows the user to set the zero at any pressure, so the manometer will then always show deviations from the Zero Tare Value as the actual value. Developed and designed in line with practical requirements, this manometer is available for prompt delivery with four measurement ranges of -1…3 bar to 0…700 bar.
