In the beginning of the second quarter 2012 JCT Analysentechnik GmbH will introduce a new heated gas sample probe based on the popular JES 301 design.

The JES 301L will reliably remove dust particles from the sample gas in applications with low dust concentration. This ensures that heated lines will not be clogged with dust particles.

A high power self limited heating element ensures that the gas reaches the analyser unchanged also in rough ambient conditions. The temperature of 180°C also avoids corrosion inside the probe.

Standard flanges allow easy mounting at the stack. Additionally the probe comes with a low temperature alarm contact for remote monitoring. The proven JCT connection system from probe to JCTs JH3F heated hose ensures no cold spots and no condensation at the junction.

Due to an intelligent product design the JES 301L offers easy, tool free and convenient maintenance. As a result the price performance ration during the lifetime is outstanding.
