Further underlining its commitment to providing unrivalled technical support and first class service delivery, Ion Science (UK) is reminding its global customers to register their gas detection instrumentation online to benefit from industry-beating extended warranties.

The leading manufacturer of gas detection and monitoring equipment for occupational health and the environment offers an unrivalled five-year extended warranty on its popular Tiger handheld volatile organic compound (VOC) detector and up to two years on its other instruments.

To receive the extended warranty, customers need to register within one month of purchase via an online form.  They will receive a confirmation email advising that the extended warranty period has been activated and processed.

Duncan Johns, Managing Director at Ion Science comments: “Instrument registration is such a quick process and means customers will benefit from the most up to date product information, be the first to know about any software and manual updates and be able to take advantage of special offers.

“In the rare case an instrument develops a service issue, customers want to know they receive a quick repair and that getting it fixed will be an easy process,” Duncan adds.

“Our skilled engineers are trained to recognise issues quickly and provide a fast turnaround. Taking advantage of the extended warranty is an effective way for customers to have peace of mind for a significantly longer period of time, at no extra expense,” he concludes.

Ion Science provides a full calibration, maintenance and repair service for all its instruments. The company’s qualified engineers are on hand to provide best of breed service and fast turnaround to ensure instruments are operational as soon as possible.
