New gas flow sensor modules for seamless flow measurement integration

Flusso has launched its latest range of 'plug and play' gas flow sensor electronics (FSE) modules. These cutting-edge modules have been developed to empower OEMs with easy flow measurement capabilities, enabling them to seamlessly integrate flow-sensing features into their new products.

With the introduction of these modules, Flusso aims to help companies to swiftly bring their latest building automation systems, test equipment, and other innovative technologies to the market. By leveraging Flusso's FSE modules, product design teams can now focus on optimising the integration of the sensing function within their designs, knowing that all the sensor electronics have already been looked after.

The four new modules are based on Flusso's existing gas flow sensor product lines and use a unique configuration of four temperature sensing elements on a CMOS MEMS die. This innovative design ensures highly accurate flow and temperature measurements. The modules offer a digital numerical output through the I2C interface, facilitating seamless integration and communication within new or existing product designs.

Flusso's two FSE-112 modules offer fully-temperature compensated measurement of mass flow, volumetric flow, or differential pressure, complemented by real-time temperature readings. The two FSE-122 modules are ideal for applications where precise gas velocity measurements are an important requisite.
