New Hand Held, Re-Chargeable Ozone Monitor

The new hand held, re-chargeable ozone monitor from Envin Scientific (UK) detects ambient levels of ozone. If the detected levels exceed the set alarm level the monitor will activate the Alarm LED and sounder, giving both a visual and audible warning.

The ozone sensor itself is a pre –calibrated device and the ozone alarm levels of the monitor can be factory set to any alarm value up to 250 ppb. The default alarm setting is 180 ppb.

When the monitor is initially turned on it waits in a non-monitoring state until power up checks are completed, after which it begins sensing ambient ozone levels.

For ease of maintenance the pre-calibrated ozone sensor can be removed and replaced without the need for returning the complete unit to the factory.
