The VOC-TRAQ II detector from MOCON Inc. – Baseline (USA) is designed for those involved with VOC detection and indoor/outdoor air quality, industrial hygiene and safety, toxic gas exposure, facility management, laboratories, and cleanrooms.

The detector operates via a Windows-based PC or in a stand-alone mode using an external USB power supply. Internal memory stores up to 36,000 sample readings at user selectable time intervals. Includes PC software for calibration routine, setup parameters, and a graphical display of data; programmable alarm levels with graduated audible signal proportional to the VOC concentration detected.

The detector has no moving parts, operates by diffusion, and possesses a fast response time (T90 between 2 to 4 seconds, typical). Designed for use with a MOCON-Baseline piD-TECH photoionisation sensor, VOCs with ionisation potentials of ≤ 10.6 eV are detected within a full-scale range of 2 ppm to 10,000 ppm, with MDQs as low as 0.5 ppb.
