The Model 4500 Mk III opacity measurement and dust compliance system from Land Instruments (UK) has been independently verified by TÜV Rheinland, Germany, to meet the demanding EN 15267 standard for measuring stack emissions and ambient air quality and can now be used for compliance monitoring applications worldwide.
The Model 4500 Mk III is ideally suited for a wide range of industrial applications where opacity compliance and dust emissions measurements are required. The instrument carries a wide range of compliance and performance approvals, including TÜV and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and has gained wide acceptance in the United States with an installed base of more than 1,000 4500 Mk Series instruments.
With its patented highly homogeneous advanced LED light source and patented Flood LED, the Model 4500 Mk III achieves the highest levels of stability and accuracy. Its “no-moving-parts” optical system provides the compact dust emissions monitor with exceptional reliability. The instrument’s outstanding sensitivity, reliability and flexibility make it ideal for current and future opacity and dust concentration measurement applications. Among available options are adapter flanges, air purging and other accessories that make upgrading existing opacity monitoring systems straight forward and easy.
The Model 4500 Mk III joins a growing list of TÜV, MCerts and US EPA certified dust monitoring products offered by Land Instruments, which also offers approved and certified stack emissions monitors for CO, O2, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2 and CO2.
