JCT Analysentechnik GmbH has recently developed new and advanced components for sample gas handling and conditioning for continuous gas analysis systems (CEMS and Process). These include new sample probes for hazardous areas (ATEX zones 1 and 2) with operational temperature of up to 180 °C, new sample handling systems for total mercury analysers, as well as the JCS-100  sample gas conditioner with the highly advanced JHEX4 heat exchanger, with the proven lowest wash-out rate of water soluble compounds (SO2, NO2).

JCT’s sample probe models JES-360, JES-370, and JES-370 Dual for NH3 and NOx analysers enable continuous sampling even at extremely high dust concentrations above 1000 g/m³. The probe incl. all components are heated to temperatures up to 315°C (safely above the limit temperature of 225°C below which ammonia salts are formed, clogging sample tubes and filters with crystalised salts). The NH3 analyser is connected with high temperature (> 250°C) heated sample lines at the hot filter outlet. For NOx analysis the sample gas from a second filter outlet initially passes through an ABS filter, effectively removing ammonia salts.
