bNovate appoints Serge Gander as CEO to drive business growth and market expansion

Serge Gander has joined bNovate as their new Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1. He will take over the position vacated by bNovate’s co-founder, Simon Kuenzi, who will continue to play a key role in the company to facilitate a seamless transition. Mr. Kuenzi will remain on the bNovate Board of Directors and will work closely with Serge Gander to oversee the innovative Swiss company’s continued success.  Mr Gander has many years of global corporate leadership, until recently he was CleanGreens Solutions SA’s CEO and oversaw their successful industrial development and international expansion to become a leading light in the Agri-tech sector.

bNovate recently secured CHF 12 million of Series C round investment and Mr Gander’s many years of experience will help this leader in automated water monitoring expand globally, with representation around the world. Serge Gander has a fine record for creating successful, international growth strategies, market development and operational management, which will provide bNovate with the skills needed to take this highly innovative company to the next level.
