The LasIR R-Series Multiplexing Controller from Unisearch Associates (Canada) is a highly versatile instrument for gas analysis, which thanks to fibre coupling of its diode laser, can measure gases at multiple locations in industrial plants. The system is ideal for Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems, fire detection, fugitive emissions, safety and process monitoring systems. The system is available in 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 16 channel configurations and offers measurements in 5 orders of magnitude, so users can detect contaminants from ppb to percent levels. The optical probes at monitoring locations are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and operate over  ambient temperature variations between -50 C to + 65 C.. Their HF (Hydrogen Fluoride) analyser was the first of its kind to achieve TUV certification and renew it for its latest generation product line, a testament to the level of dedicated expertise that Unisearch Associates has invested in to this sector since its foundation over 30 years ago.
