MCERTS Approved FTIR Systems

Protea (UK) has an outstanding pedigree as the only UK company making its own MCERTS Approved high resolution FTIR instruments. Its mobile Protir 204M is the only high resolution FTIR System to be MCERTS Certified to be used as a back-up CEM system.

Proteapioneered the use of FTIR monitoring in the pharmaceutical, batch and specialty chemicals industries in the UK, using high resolution analysers because of their ability to speciate complex VOCs. Today we supply mobile, emission and process systems manufactured to the highest standards.

All our customers benefit from our fundamental understanding of FTIR technology and constantly help and advise them on difficult or non-standard applications. We also have our own application laboratory to develop methods for multi-component speciated gas analysis that are fully accredited under MCERTS.
