The new R.E.A.C.H. (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) legislation came into force on 1st June this year. The legislation requires that risk assessments are carried out on the toxicological and ecotoxicological emissions to air from products manufactured, converted or coated from registered chemicals.
