World class TOC analysis solutions for the harshest wastewater applications to be showcased at WWEM 2024

16 Sep, 2024

The QuickTOCultra™ total organic carbon (TOC) analyser from Process Insights is the most reliable water quality measurement system for the harsh wastewater applications – regardless of the industry. Due to an unrivaled injection and oxidation technique, the QuickTOCultra easily handles sticky, fatty, salty, and high-particle samples unlike other TOC analysers. The sample is injected via a robot-driven injection system to the oven – without any pre-treatment or dilution.  In the furnace, the sample is combusted at 1,200°C. Based on the high temperature, the organic content is completely oxidised to CO2 enabling the operator to determine the COD (TOD) parameter without applying any catalysts or additional hazardous chemical substances.

Optional parameters, such as TOC and TNb, can also be detected. The measurements are achieved free of chloride interference due to the unique process management. The QuickTOCultra has a fast response time of up to three minutes. With one analyser, multi-stream measurement of up to 6 streams can be performed.

Process Insights are exhibiting at the upcoming WWEM exhibition where visitors can ask about the company’s custom water analysis solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Visit booth H4/I4 to meet the Process Insights team, learn about the company’s latest water analysis solutions, and discuss how they can support your needs.
