Deutschmann Automation Now Represented in India

Deutschmann Automation (Germany), a manufacturer of gateways for industrial fieldbus and Ethernet communication systems, now has a new distributor, Ambetronics, representing the company in India. Ambetronics has been developing and distributing analysis instruments, microelectronics, and system solutions for process automation applications for 14 years and is one of the Indian market leaders in its field. Today, the ISO 9001-2008-certified, Mumbai-based company exports its products internationally and supplies mechanical engineering companies and as well as customers from the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, petrochemical and textile industries. Deutschmann has trained Ambetronics employees in Germany for the distribution of UNIGATE gateways and related support.

Deutschmann’s UNIGATE IC bus node series provides manufacturers with a flexible multiprotocol solution. UNIGATE CL gateways in DIN rail housing feature a serial interface by which they connect automation components or network devices without the necessary interface to the respective fieldbus or Industrial Ethernet system. UNIGATE CX gateways, which integrate two UNIGATE CL modules each, connect networks based on different protocols. The gateways are available for almost all leading fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet systems. They are continuously adapted to the changing standards.
