Helapet specialise in the bespoke design and manufacture of low flow inline disc filter capsules, used for precise micron level filtration and clarification of particulates in air/gas or liquids. Each filter is manufactured in-house using our ISO Class 8 rated cleanroom facility to ISO 13485:2016 accredited standard. Equipped with the latest machinery, operated by a highly skilled and experienced cleanroom workforce ensures quick yet accurate output.

Each filter houses a variety or combination of filter media and membrane options including PTFE, HEPA, PES, WPE and Nylon. An extensive range of inlet/outlet connectors are available to secure our filters onto several types of instrumentation, medical devices and equipment.

Inline disc filters are used in a multitude of essential industry filtration applications including contamination protection, sterile venting, particulate filtration and ink clarification. Helapet produce filters that are low linting, clean and chemically compatible negating the use of adhesives or binders. Ultrasonic welding techniques and over-moulding maintains integrity, allowing our filters to withstand intense heat and pressure without the risk of bypass or compromising flow rates.

Our end-to-end consultation service ensures that each unique filter adheres to the client’s exact specifications before the final design is completed. We can even tampo print logos, branding and other artwork directly onto the filter in a variety of ink colours. Using professional Computer Aided Design (CAD) software our team will work with you to get the final filter design ready for production, supported by free manufactured trial samples before sign-off.  Hear what our customers have had to say:
