Acquisition of "Industrial Instrumentation" Branch

Environnement SA (France) announced its acquisition of the "Industrial Instrumentation" branch of the OTI Industry Company, a Specialist in industrial instrumentation, automation, control, valves, fittings and scada systems.

The deal was finalised in July 2012 between François Gourdon and Rémy Bourdier, President of OTI Industries. The upturn in activity is effective from 1st of July 2012 and will address the merits of the trade concerned, the assets connected, together with the name and OTI Industries employees.

With this new implementation, Environnement S.A expands its appeal to new growing market segments relying on the strong and recognised image of OTI industries.
