Broadstairs Company Raises a Glass to Support International Water Aid Charity Just a Drop

Broadstairs based Aquaread (UK), specialist manufacturer of multi parameter water quality instruments, is supporting international water aid charity, Just a Drop, to deliver clean water to people in developing nations.

The company is donating £10 from the sale of each of their products to Just a Drop and yesterday presented the charity with a cheque for £6,730. What’s more, Aquaread’s young entrepreneurs are confident that as the business goes from strength to strength, they will be able to increase the amount they raise for Just a Drop each year.

Craig Harrison, Managing Director of Aquaread said, "Aquaread is very proud to give something back to the community, especially to a cause where we can make a difference. We chose Just a Drop because of its focus, drive and track record in providing safe drinking water to children; something they cannot survive without. Aquaread could only support Just a Drop thanks to the support of our customers. We are a rapidly growing business and as we grow so will our support to Just a Drop."
