Nov 29 2024
Gas Analysis and Sensing Group is pleased to announce a meeting schedule that’s set to attract a large audience.
On Thursday 5th December GASG will host an online meeting ‘Gas Sensing and Analysis for Human Health', which will focus on medical and personal safety applications.
GASG have assembled a selection of expert speakers who can provide critical insights into the latest developments in the field.
Final details will be posted on the GASG website as soon as they have been confirmed.
On Thursday 20th March 2025, GASG will be holding the fifth in their very popular series of one-day meetings aimed at Early Career Researchers.
The event will offer newcomers to the field an opportunity to present short talks of up to 15 minutes, or display posters in the areas of sensing, analysis and monitoring of gases, volatile organic compounds and particles.
A plenary lecture will be given by an invited guest and the event will provide those early in their careers with a valuable opportunity to interact directly with their peers and other experienced colleagues in the field.
Presenters from academia, industry, government and all interested organisations are welcomed, with awards for the best presentations.
GASG are now accepting submissions for talks and posters.
The event will be hosted by Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd in Abingdon. This is an excellent opportunity to hear about the latest cutting-edge research from those active in the area - early registration is advised.
