45 Years of British Design and Acoustic Research on Show

Visitors to the Health and Safety event at the NEC in March will get the opportunity to see the best of British engineering and design in noise monitoring when visiting the Pulsar Instruments (UK) on stand F33.

The firm, which will be celebrating 45 years in business this coming February, will be well represented and will be showcasing its entire range of noise dosimeters, noise activated warning signs and occupational sound level meters including the outstanding new NOVA range.

When it comes to expertise in noise measurement, Pulsar Instruments have become the name to look out for. The last few years has seen a meteoric rise of the Yorkshire manufacturer both at home and overseas, overtaking established competitors and increasing its market share. The company secured a substantial government development grant during 2013. It features a high resolution colour OLED display, making it ideal for use in the widest range of lighting environments. The removable preamplifier attaches reliably using a LEMO connector and a unique 30 hour plus battery life allows its user to extend the life and use of the meter in the field.
