Water needs to fulfill certain criteria depending on its distribution and use whether this is ground and surface water, drinking water or sewage effluent. One indicator for water quality and possible effects on humans and the environment is its fluoride content.
With Aquamerck® and Spectroquant®, Merck (Germany) is offering two alternative systems for uncomplicated, on-site and in-process analysis.
With its Aquamerck® Fluoride Test, Merck is offering the first ever visual fluoride rapid test for the measurement range of 0 - 0.8 mg/l. Every package contains all the materials necessary for testing. The high-quality and brilliant colour cards make it significantly easier to allocate the samples to the stated values (colour dots) visually. Precise measurement results are therefore instantly available.
If you would like to quantitatively determine fluoride content in the range of 0.025 - 0.20 mg/l on site, Spectroquant® Picco Colorimeter F is the right solution. The devices in the Spectroquant® Colorimeter series are sturdy and also specifically designed for on-site use. They are pre-programmed for use with Spectroquant® easy-to-us cell tests or economic reagent test kits.
