Since its introduction in 1985 HORIBA’s (UK) ENDA series have led the world in high precision Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems.

The latest generation ENDA-5000 is a CEMS monitor for stack and process gas analysis with high-precision and simultaneous measurement of NOx, SO2, CO, CO2 and O2.

These systems have a smaller footprint than previous generation and use HORIBA’s patented cross-flow, modulated non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) detection combined with a magneto-pneumatic detection method for O2 that is inherently drift-free. MCERTs approved, they are ideally suited for the critical field of exhaust gas analysis, where measurement errors cannot be tolerated. With an integrated sampling conditioning system, HORIBA utilises the extractive method to analyse the dry gas sample.

The series features an intuitive touch panel that makes every operation available with the touch of a button. The ENDA-5000 series systems are also designed for faster, more efficient maintenance.

This ENDA-5000 enables measurement of CO, SO2 and NOx up to 5000 ppm. For CO2 and O2 the measurement range is from 0 to 25 %. The analyser offers excellent repeatability (± 1% of F.S) and extremely stable data over time.

ENDA-5000 systems are ideal for a variety of CEMS applications, including monitoring of steam boilers, refuse incinerators, and electric power generation plant emissions to ensure pollution standards are being met.
