Teledyne Technologies acquire Falcon Analytical Systems
Oct 19 2018
Teledyne Falcon will now be an important part of Teledyne Technologies. Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability.
Teledyne's user markets include instrumentation, aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deep-water oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging, and pharmaceutical research.
The Teledyne Falcon story began when Teledyne was attracted to Falcon Analytical because of their highly acclaimed, patented CALIDUSTM Ultrafast Gas Chromatograph. Falcon’s installed base of more than 60 blue chip companies, in more than 25 countries, serving lab, online, at line and transportable GC users also caught the attention of the professionals at Teledyne.
As the Teledyne Falcon story unfolds the Falcon products will have an even greater global sales, service, support, engineering and manufacturing capacity. Teledyne Falcon will be better able to meet the most demanding requirements in all these critical functions.
And, as another page turns on this new chapter, you can also expect true continuity from Teledyne Falcon. After a conscientious transition process, Teledyne Falcon operations will move to the Teledyne Analytical division headquarters, in Englewood, Colorado U.S.A. All commitments to present customers and distributors will continue uninterrupted.
Perhaps most importantly, Teledyne Falcon will now be the makers of the ultrafast, ultra-user-friendly, highly durable, practical, reliable, versatile and economical CALIDUS Ultrafast Gas Chromatograph.
The unique GCs, that are 10 to 50 times faster than traditional GC analysers will continue to be available, along with the PALARUSTM and TALONTM GC Autosamplers, and the outstanding customer service and support Falcon’s customers have come to expect.
