With its special focus on “Sensor and Measuring Technology for Process Automation", the SENSOR+TEST 2019 exhibition and conference addresses the increase in demand in one of the event’s key areas of application that has steadily gained in importance for the industry at large. The continued focus in Nuremberg will be on the area-wide networking and digitalisation of sensor and measuring technology as called for by Industry 4.0.
The focus on this special topic at SENSOR+TEST enables suppliers and users to examine the innovation dialogue on new concepts, products and solutions, such as newly introduced measuring processes, self-monitored sensor networks, or process-analysis systems with cloud and AI support. The need for discussion on these topics by exhibitors and their customers is accommodated by the event’s special forum on “Sensor and Measuring Technology for Process Automation". So many companies and institutes with expertise in process automation have signed on for this forum that it is almost booked out. Besides their presentations at their stands, the exhibitors will use this opportunity to show off their innovations at the forum in Hall 5 at the Nuremberg Messe.
