Exova Awarded Two Year Service Agreement With Matrix Solutions

Exova, the global testing, calibration and advisory services provider, has been awarded a two year service agreement with Matrix Solutions, a Canadian environmental and engineering consultancy business, to provide soil and water testing for operations in the oil and gas sector.

Exova has worked with Matrix Solutions for over 17 years, and in 2015 won a contract as part of a new tender process for the provision of environmental chemistry testing. Exova successfully retendered for the contract this year and services for Matrix Solutions will include hydrocarbon testing, metals and salinity analysis, and groundwater monitoring.

Primarily supporting Matrix’s remediation and reclamation work, Exova’s analytical data and test findings will ensure all regulatory measures are met, while also providing additional research and consultancy when required. Testing will be conducted at Exova’s Western Canada laboratories in Calgary, Edmonton, Fort St John and Drayton Valley.
