Beko Technologies celebrate 30 year anniversary

BEKO TECHNOLOGIES UK are celebrating 30 years of business. For more than three decades, they have represented worldwide tried and tested compressed air and compressed gas technologies. BEKO’s products, systems and solutions ensure the required quality customers demand for their production processes – safely and energy-efficient. BEKO are celebrating our anniversary by inviting suppliers and customers to thier offices in Redditch for a hog roast and drinks.

Everything started in 1982 in a small backyard garage in Düsseldorf, Germany. With many experiments and simple means, Berthold Koch developed the first electronically level-controlled condensate drain out of a brilliant idea: the ground-breaking BEKOMAT.This invention not only solved one of the biggest problems of compressed-air processing - it also represented the first step on the way to success of one of the leading companies for compressed air and compressed-gas technology throughout the world. At the end of the 1980s, the continuous growth of the company required the move into new, larger business premises in Neuss. In the late 1980’s the first subsidiaries were founded in the UK and the USA. The UK subsidiary was opened in 1988 in Bromsgrove.

With a greatly expanded product portfolio of DRYPOINT compressed air dryers and CLEARPOINT compressed air filters, BEKO TECHNOLOGIES initially set the benchmarks for compressed air processing and, also throughout the 90s, continued on the road to success . The DRYPOINT M membrane dryer, developed into the worldwide leading special solution for compressed-air drying.

Throughout the years the range of products and services is significantly extended, and dryer solutions for high compressed-air volume flows opened up new markets . In addition, top-grade measurement products were launched to complement the range of products.

Many successful projects have increased the company's alignment towards system solutions, for example, for treating of oil and germ-free compressed air for the food industry, or in the field of commercial compressed air supply for the automotive industry.

BEKO TECHNOLOGIES UK relocated in December 2016 into larger offices to meet the ever-growing demands. Their products are also being continuously developed. As an innovative technology leader, BEKO TECHNOLOGIES has gained a good reputation throughout the world and has acquired a leading position in the compressed-air and compressed-gas technology fields.
