Air Monitors invests in Air Quality Expertise

Air Monitors, the Tewkesbury based environmental instrument specialist has announced the appointment of Peter Fleming as regional/sector sales manager. Peter joins from TRL Ltd (formerly the Transport and Research Laboratory) where he was responsible for the development of TRL’s air quality monitoring and consultancy businesses. “We are delighted to welcome Peter to our team,” says Air Monitors Managing Director Jim Mills. “He has excellent technical knowledge and many years of experience in the air quality sector, which will be of great value to our customers.”

With an Honours degree in Applied Biology, Peter has longstanding experience with air quality monitoring technology, working for a number of leading brands. “This is a tremendously exciting time for the air quality sector,” Peter says. “For over 30 years, I have been involved in measuring pollution levels that have remained stubbornly high. My hope is that recent media coverage will, at last, inspire the actions that must be taken to improve air quality. Air Monitors have some exciting new air quality monitoring technology and I look forward to working with them as we help to measure the improvements that should allow us all to live longer and healthier lives.”
