Water monitoring instrumentation specialist HACH LANGE has reserved a double stand (Nos 93 and 94) at November’s WWEM 2010. This will provide HACH LANGE with the opportunity to demonstrate a broad range of innovations for monitoring raw water, process water and wastewater.

The company’s experts will be available to discuss the efficiency and cost savings that are possible with the company’s new ‘WTOS’ wastewater treatment optimisation system, which has dramatically reduced energy and chemical costs at plants that have already incorporated this technology.

Information on the new Hach BioTector TOC Analysers will also be available on the HACH LANGE stand. These highly advanced instruments provide maximum uptime and reliability due to a patented self-cleaning oxidation technology that easily handles difficult samples and significantly reduces maintenance. Unlike traditional TOC analysers, the BioTector eliminates the build up of salts, particulates, fats, oils and greases that can lead to drift and high maintenance.

Visitors from manufacturing and processing industries will be able to see the new ORBISPHERE 3100 portable DO analyser that employs optical technology to deliver high levels of accuracy and reliability with a substantially reduced requirement for maintenance and calibration.

WWEM visitors involved in laboratory or field testing will have the opportunity to handle the latest versions of the company’s comprehensive family of electrochemistry instruments. This includes: the digital handheld intelligent HQD meters; the new H-Series meters with rugged probe options; the probeless MP meters and the SENSION+ field and benchtop analysis kits.

With such a comprehensive range of instruments, Marketing Manager Sarah Blayds says, "there will be something on the HACH LANGE stand for almost everyone that visits WWEM, whether they come from the water, wastewater, food, beverage, power or manufacturing sector."

HACH LANGE will run two workshops during WWEM. The first, entitled ’Water Treatment Optimisation Solutions - Saving operational expenditures and optimising plant processes’ and the second: ’ BioTector - a different approach to on-line TOC analysis.’
