SHE Knows is a renowned consultancy service that offers a bird’s eye view of their clients’ environmental regulatory requirements and health and safety risks. They not only have a team that can appraise each of their customers’ requirements on site, they also use the latest Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, or drones) to offer a complete evaluation of the site being assessed, without the expense of using manned aircraft. These drones can be useful in a plethora of situations including vehicle collisions, crop surveillance, risk assessment at building or demolition sites, security at remote sites, monitoring fire hazards and environmental impact monitoring of coast lines and inland waterways.

However, there is far more to this forward looking firm than just having fun with drones! The team of highly specialised professionals are taking the hassle and confusion out of the task of environmental and health and safety compliance. SHE Knows has a team of chartered health and safety practitioners with experience in all aspects of environmental, occupational and industrial safety, that has enabled their international clientele to focus on their business, secure in the knowledge that their personnel are safe and they will not be getting in trouble for polluting their local communities.

SHE Knows will work with the specific needs of each individual client. They will examine each unique situation and then offer the most comprehensive and cost-effective solution. Over recent years there have been numerous changes in safety and environmental legislation, keeping up with these ongoing changes, whilst running a successful company can be time consuming, stressful and expensive. The team at SHE Knows believe can create a tailored package to ensure that a company has the requisite health and safety policy, with supporting documentation, along with undergoing risk assessments and safe systems at work, they will also train staff members to ensure that the necessary standards are maintained.

Construction, Design and Management (CDM) projects of over 500 working man hours need to be carried out under the auspices of the HSE.  SHE Knows will coordinate such projects ensuring that their client, the designers and sub-contractors are all working within HSE regulations. SHE Knows has experience in relatively ordinary projects to coordinating festivals and large public events. Should you have a project that involves working with asbestos, SHE Knows offer the expertise needed to ensure that safety compliance is met and the necessary training given to ensure the necessary level of asbestos management.

SHE Knows also offer a comprehensive training package to ensure that their clients have staff who are fully trained in skills including first aid, fire safety, face fit testing, harness awareness and confined space entry or escape (CSE). This can be carried out at the SHE Knows or client’s premises, or at an alternative venue to cater for extra students to attend from further afield. The training enables staff to attain qualifications ranging from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health, City & Guilds, Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), Client Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG), Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB).

SHE Knows values its team of professionals who offer a vast range of expertise having amassed a wide variety of international health and safety quality qualifications between them.
