bNovate Technologies SA, world-renowned Swiss providers of rapid monitoring and analysis of water, has confirmed its first partnership in Asia, having just appointed  MattenPlant, based in Singapore, as its official Asian distributor.

This partnership was signed off during the Singapore International Water Week, with bNovate’s CEO Serge Gander and Victor Lim, MattenPlant’s CEO joining forces to offer state-of-the-art, automated solutions for industrial microbiology to new areas of business, especially in the Philippines’ and Vietnam’s food and beverage markets.

bNovate’s BactoSense analyser uses highly advanced cytometry technology to measure cell concentrations in only twenty minutes, proactively highlighting any irregularites and variations from baseline microbial profiles. The BactoSense provides rapid, precise, waterborne microbe detection, to safeguard public health and industrial standards.

Asia is having to deal with a range of difficult challenges across its many regions, such as contamination resulting from industrial and agricultural ventures, the continent’s rapid spread of urbanisation and insufficient water infrastructure. The new partnership will help to overcome these challenges by providing sophisticated Swiss technology to offer real-time, accurate data, facilitating proactive management and remediation. This will allow Asian communities and industries to achieve safer, cleaner water, thereby improving public health and supporting sustainable development. The new partnership represents a significant leap in transforming the standard of Asia’s water quality and ensuring that each and every drop conforms to the highest quality standards.

Serge Gander commented, “We are thrilled to partner with MattenPlant, their expertise in integrating water technologies and their strong presence in Asia align perfectly with our global ambition of making water safer with our automated and digital monitoring solutions. This agreement marks a significant milestone for bNovate, enabling us to reach new markets and better serve our customers.”

Victor Lim, MattenPlant’s CEO, shared Mr. Gander’s exuberance, “We are very impressed with what bNovate brings to the market in their range of monitoring equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for our companies to work together and bring highly effective water safety solutions to our customers, particularly in the food and beverage industry. We will leverage our local presence to provide training, service and pilot testing. This is to enhance customer’s engagement and experience of BactoSense”
