New Accessories for Lower Detection Limits of Total and Methyl Mercury

Jul 20 2022

As usual, Brooks Rand is continuing to apply thoughtful and helpful innovation to mercury analysis. For mercury researchers who could use some additional sensitivity from their existing MERX modules, Brooks Rand now offers two larger sample-vessel options: 60ml and 250ml.

Unlike any other mercury instrument manufacturer, Brooks Rand has engineered the hardware and software to allow use of 60ml vials (sparge-on-module* or sparge-in-vial) and 250ml bottles (sparge-in-bottle) for significantly enhanced sensitivity. When used in conjunction with Brooks Rand's certified reagents, these options provide a simple and robust path to achieving lower detection limits.

More information and ordering detail will be available during the ICMGP conference. We very much hope to see you there!

For more information, please contact Brooks Rand (sales@brooksrandinc.com) or visit www.brooksrandinc.com.

* The “sparge-on-module” transfers the entire sample volume to the purge vessel, located on the Purge and Trap Module.
