The acquisition of ISEO signed today and effective as of 1st October 2007 consists in a straightforward asset purchase for approximately 1 million euros cash. ISEO, subsidiary of a major group since 1996 and based close to Biarritz (Pyrénées-Atlantiques, southwest France), is an
engineering company for the gathering, processing and transmitting of data for environmental monitoring. ISEO focuses its specific expertise on complex metrology (air, water, weather, etc.) and geographical
information systems or the management of heterogeneous databases. Capable of providing the most sophisticated impact studies and
measuring campaigns, ISEO develops its own software tools for processing environmental information. These are incorporated within major environmental monitoring networks such as Airparif as well as monitoring systems for industrial sites in France and abroad.

ISEO employs 18 people, including 14 top-level engineers, recorded 2006 revenues of €2.2m and is anticipating 2007 revenues of €2.5m.
The acquisition of ISEO is perfectly in line with Environnement S.A’s (France) development strategy criteria laid out at the time of the IPO: Acquisition of teams of engineers and complementary technologies that will strengthen the R&D of the Group dedicated to environmental measurements, Access to new measurement markets, Acquisition of a business that has clients in France, Belgium and abroad, Acquisition of
brands and patents in countries where its software is approved and meets current European legislation.
