Vertilas GmbH provides lasers for green photonics, such as NIR sensing and communications applications. These long wavelength VCSELs are available from 1.3 µm to 2.3 µm, with a wide range of packaging options. Vertilas lasers are wide tuneable and well suited for TDLS open path and point sensor applications. For communications markets, these single mode lasers provide 10.3 Gbps and up to 40 Gbps performance. For LiDAR and ToF applications Vertilas can provide 2D arrays up to 1000 emitters and more. Vertilas lasers enable customers to reduce power consumption by up to 50 % compared with conventional laser technologies.
