TE Instruments is proud to share that demonstrated team resilience has been rewarded with excellent business results during this turbulent year. Resulting in the expansion of products and staff.

Over the past few months, we managed to keep offering local services such as maintenance visits, on-time delivery and installations, while strictly following all WHO guidelines. In case it was not possible to be physically on-site, we used all digital means within our reach to come to a proper solution. TE Instruments is characterised by its flexibility, which helped to achieve all this. At the same time, we introduced several new products and product updates, such as the XLS-30 liquid autosampler, the advanced GLS Gas & LPG autosampler, and the innovative Xprep C-IC sample prep unit.

Our global distribution partners are a huge contributor to this success. In these challenging times, they play an even greater role in representing TE Instruments locally. We make sure that their product knowledge is up to date by organising Webinars and individual online training. Not being able to travel is still hard on us since we cannot meet our partners and customers in person. Still, we make the most of it!

The quality standard incorporated in our products and services is in line with today’s critical requirements. Due to our strong customer focus, new ideas to serve our customers even better in the future are continually emerging. Soon we expect to share more exciting news in which we introduce our next-gen solution for elemental combustion analysis.
