Long-Term Framework Agreement Secured with Scottish Water for the Supply of Rental Dewatering Pumps

Xylem, (NYSE: XYL), a leading global water technology company dedicated to solving the world’s most challenging water issues, has been awarded a new five-year framework agreement with Scottish Water, the body responsible for water and sewerage services across Scotland. Under the agreement, Xylem will supply and install submersible and diesel pumps for all Scottish Water rental applications across the region.

Drawing on its extensive rental portfolio, Xylem will provide its state-of-the-art Flygt electric submersible pumps and Godwin diesel pumps, combined with extensive application expertise, to support dewatering efforts as part of capital projects and on-going upgrades of existing pump stations. Xylem will draw on its team of fully accredited dewatering experts based in Stirling and Inverness in Scotland, to fulfil this framework with 24/7 dewatering services.

The agreement will complement our current frameworks to provide clean water and wastewater pumps and telemetry equipment, as well as supporting our Alliance partnership with RWGM* to deliver pump repair and installation services for Scottish Water.”

Xylem will make the following pumps available under the framework agreement:

Flygt Electric Submersibles ranging from 1-750 kilowatt (kW)

Godwin CD, NC & HL Diesel pumps

*RWGM is a joint venture consisting of WGM Engineering and Ross-shire Engineering
