Reliable Dual-Stage Rotary Vane Pump

Pfeiffer Vacuum has revised the DuoLine rotary vane pumps. The Duo 2.5 now features an optimised cooling system and a newly developed pumping system. These innovations have a significant impact on the service life of the wear parts as well as on the stability of the pump. The Duo 2.5 is ideal for the evacuation of smaller volumes and for pumping low gas loads up to pressures of 10-3 mbar, and as a backing pump for small turbopumps or diffusion pumps. Its compact dimensions also make it well-suited as a single pump in analytical instruments.

The DuoLine rotary vane pump runs cleanly and is environmentally friendly. The pump's low power and long service intervals reduce the operating costs to a low level. The integrated, hydraulically controlled high-vacuum safety valve guarantees process reliability.
