Mega System is an Italian company specialising in the manufacture of air pollution sampling systems since 1981.
The company’s instruments are based on the official gravimetric method for the sampling of particulate matter and chemical pollutants in the workplace, in the environment and in stack emissions, according to the main European and US regulations.
APIS in particular is the most advanced version of an automatic isokinetic sampler for stack emissions. It automatically sets the correct isokinetic flow rate measuring in real-time the differential pressure and temperature in the stack.
APIS is just a part of X1 series of instruments dedicated to the isokinetic sampling of stack emissions. Mega System has a complete range of products to perform the sampling of dusts, dioxins, furans, PAH, metals, acids and VOCs.
Lifetek PMS, the sequential sampler for environmental PM10 and PM2.5 sampling, achieved TUV certification according to EN 12341:2014, whcih means that it can be used as reference instrument. Thanks to removable temperature sensors and multi-point calibration software, the sampler can be calibrated once per year as required by quality procedures.
Visitors to the Mega System CEM booth 31 will be able to handle these high quality Italian instruments and become familiar with the sampling solutions.
