Tribo Electric Dust Monitor Installed at UK Asphalt Plant
Nov 14 2016
CODEL are working with a UK Asphalt plant to support them in meeting their requirements for monitoring dust emissions under the Schedule B small process legislation.
CODEL have installed the new EnergyTech 301 triboelectric dust monitor (fitted directly in the exhaust stack) working in unison with the CODEL Energytech 300 reporting system.
With typically dust levels of <20mg/m3 the EnergyTech 301 and 300 reporting system come together to offer great performance and ease of use at a very cost effective price.
The system demonstrates impressive performance in both stability and repeatability, also helping the end user generate automated reports in a format accepted by local authorities. The system is not only used as a dust emission reporting tool but also helps the plant operator identify any irregularities in the plant performance with no maintenance requirements to date.
